    I bought these adaptors as I evenly travel to Europe. I bought these as the unit fee, shipping built-in, is excellent.
    They are excellent feature and the decent is very excellent, both for the US plug into the adaptor and for the adaptor into the european plug. They were tried in DEU, POL, ROU, ITA and BEL.

    As a substitution for of these, I urge around ashore adapters for US 3-spike as well as 2-spike plugs. Why? Since they have a best, more snug fit on both sides. They fit more snuggly in the Euro/Schuko socket. These flat 2-spike adapters in my experience tend to have a looser tie or even fall out of the socket – esp. if yours is a gray cable or if it has one of those AD/DC converters at the plug end pulling down on the adapter.

    On the additional hand, flat 2-spike adapters are slightly more compact and fit best in your sack. So if you want to get one, I urge you at nominal amount find one that is rubberized or has ridges or a lip to make it simpler to pull out of the socket. (The low-cost ones made of hard slippery plastic are the of poorer quality). And make sure you don’t overpay. Here are dozens of merchants promotion these; make sure you don’t pay more than $2/pc counting shipping.

    Lastly, keep in mind, the schuko socket fits most European countries but not all – most notably UK, and Italy which have their own distinctive sockets.

    I bought a 10-pack of these adapters and for the most part, they work well. One word of caution, the adapters are rectangular in shape. In Luxembourg where I live, here are frequently around-shaped outlets and these work fine in that type of vehicle. Though, many outlets are rectangular-shaped and beveled on the ends as a substitution for of straight. I believe that this is the case in many European countries (not just Luxembourg).

    In additional words, some European outlets look like this:

    While these plugs are shaped like this:

    |__________|

    The plug will not fit into this type of vehicle. It fits fine in the standard around-shaped outlets. But if you find yourself looking at a wide, corner-shaped vehicle, you’re out of luck.
